What if I'm out when delivery is attempted?

Our courier DPD will provide you with tracking information by email and SMS as soon as they pick up your UGG® order from our warehouse. You'll receive a one hour delivery window on the morning of delivery, plus a final 15 minute timeslot and the ability to track your driver on a map as they make their way to your door.


You will also be offered the following in-flight options which you can select either online or by simply replying to the SMS:

  • Pick an alternative delivery date

  • Have the package delivered to a neighbour

  • Have the package delivered to a local shop to pick up at your convenience.

If you are not available when delivery is attempted, you can simply reschedule your UGG® delivery either online or by SMS.
